Who Do We Service?
We welcome insured as well as uninsured patients. We accept Medicare. We serve patients 18 years of age and up.
How much do you charge if I don’t have medical insurance?
We offer a $50 per month membership program for uninsured patients or those with private insurance plans with high deductibles for which $50 per month may be more cost effective. This means that you see us multiple times a month, when needed, with a flat monthly fee. Membership service is not available for patients with Federal and government insurance plans or Medicare.
Can I use my Health Savings Account to pay for the membership fees?
-HSA typically does not reimburse health care membership programs.
Are you a concierge medicine service?
No we are not a concierge service. We accept insurance and Medicare like other typical primary care offices but we also offer a $50 per month membership program for patients without insurance or for patients with high deductible plans. This is a model referred to as Direct Primary Care.
What is the difference between Direct Primary Care and Concierge Medicine Practice?
Direct primary care service charges the patients a flat monthly fee for office visits and services. Concierge medicine service charges patients monthly fees that are typically higher than direct primary care service fees and also bill the insurance companies for reimbursement.
Is direct primary care service an insurance plan?
No. Direct primary care service is not an insurance plan. It can be a cost effective service for patients without insurance or those with high annual deductibles which can make individual doctor visits more expensive until the deductible is met. However, we do encourage patients to enroll in an insurance plan, even if it may be a high deductible plan, in case of medical emergencies.
Do you perform laboratory services?
We have contracted with various laboratory servicers to refer you to their locations for blood draws and other laboratory tests. For those without insurance or high deductible plans, we have contracted lower cost cash pay options with various lab companies for common tests.
Are your providers board certified?
-Yes. Both Dr. Park and NP Park are board certified. Dr. Park is an American Board of Internal Medicine board certified physician. NP Park is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We offer convenient telehealth appointments for appropriate conditions.
